Welcome to Wildlife Pictures!
As an artist sketchbooks and my cameras have always followed me around the world.
From New Zealand in the east to Alaska in the west, from Svalbard in the north to Antarctica in the south you will find photos of all sorts of wildlife.
So far (November 2015) there are 2046 species of Birds, 251 Mammals and a number of Reptiles, Amphibians, Insects and others totally more than 10.000 pictures.
Nearly all of these are digital photos but some older slides can also be found.
All names are in English and in Latin but the bird names are also in Swedish.
Currently I´m using Nikon D500 and Nikon D800E cameras and lenses such as AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm 1:5.6E ED, AF-S MICRO NIKKOR 105mm 1:2.8 G ED, AF-S NIKKOR 18-35mm 1:3.5-4.5G ED
together with SIGMA Electronic Flash Macro EM-140 DG NA-iTTL, Nikon AF-S Teleconverter TC-20EII 2X, TC-14E III 1.4X and Nikon TC-17EII 1,7X.
Earlier analog cameras of mine were Minoltas from the middle of the 1960s together with a lovely Novoflex 400mm f5,6.
From the 1970s I became a Nikon user and my unbreakable workhorses were the Nikon F2s but for a short time I also used Canon cameras.
My first digital cameras were the Nikon D100, Nikon D2H, Nikon D200, Nikon D300, Nikon D2X and Nikon D700.
For underwater pictures I have earlier used Olympus Tough TG-810.
I am a Mac-user and the images are processed with Aperture 3.4.5.
Here you will find a selection of my paintings that at the moment are for sale. For further information you are welcome to contact me via mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org
